Who are we?
Based in Castletownbere, West Cork, Fast Fish Limited specialises in fish imports and exports along with our sister company, Fast Fish Oil Supplies, providing fuel to vessels across the board which is metered and pumped directly to the boats from our own depot on Dinish Island. With over 35 years of experience, we have established a strong position on the European market giving us a unique advantage in pricing for both fish and marine diesel allowing our customers to benefit. Our board of directors, Larry Murphy, Margaret Downey and managing Director Donal Kelly have worked diligently over the years to make Fast Fish what it is today.
Fast Fish has been in operation since 1983 striving to support the Irish Fishing industry with our unique integrated approach of covering both the import and export of fish and marine diesel supply to vessels. We pride ourselves in prompt service and efficiency, helping us develop strong relationships with many vessels, wholesalers and suppliers.
What do we do?
Our primary role is the sale and supply of fish to businesses nationwide, ensuring swift and reliable delivery across the island of Ireland, as well as exporting to the UK, Norway and across mainland Europe, through a network of trusted hauliers. We also act as shipping agents and offer our services to any vessel owners, pelagic or demersal, who wish to land their catch in any Irish port. In addition we can supply marine gas oil to any vessel or fleet at all main fishing ports in Ireland at the most competitive rates.
